Every Nadiswara session, with the wrist sensor or from a tongue photo, ends on the same report screen. The app heads it "Wellness Report", titles it "Nadi Pariksha Wellness Report" or "Tongue Wellness Report", and lays it out as a score card followed by four tabs: Overview, Mind, Food and Therapies. This guide walks through the screen in that order, quoting the app's own labels and a sample reading. The report explainer shows the same sections as charts, and the multi-page PDF holds the full written reading.

The score card

The top of the report is a ring with a number from 0 to 100, captioned "Wellness". It is a wellness score, not a medical measurement: a summary of how the six wellness areas balance out. Beside it sits a status pill, Thriving, Balanced, Needs attention or Needs care, and a one-line headline for this reading. A returning member also sees the change "since your last visit" as a small up or down figure.

A strip under the ring counts the areas that "need support" and those that are "steady", and the card closes with "Main pattern", the finding the reading points to most strongly, written as the organ and its climate, for example "Liver · Cold", and the time of the "Pulse reading" or "Tongue photo".

The Overview tab

In short

A short paragraph that sums up the reading in plain words.

Wellness at a glance

Six scored areas, captioned "6 areas · higher is better": Immunity, Stress, Sleep, Digestion, Emotional balance and Rejuvenation. Stress is the exception, marked "lower is better". Each area carries a score, a band of Thriving, Steady, Needs support or Low, and a line on what the band means.

You can view the areas as a wheel ("Tap a petal to explore") or as a list, "Weakest first · tap one to see what it means". For a returning member each area also shows how far it has moved, "up 4 since your last visit" or "down 2 since your last visit".

Body balance

A set of sliders, one per balance, captioned "Middle is balanced · tap one to read more". Each runs between two extremes, such as low energy and restless energy, with a marker for where this reading sits and a short description on tap. A returning member sees "Closer to balance since your last visit" or "Further from balance since your last visit".

Pulse recording and five elements

In a pulse session, the Overview carries the pulse trace, captioned with the number of samples and "Nadiswara device", and a paragraph on the pulse qualities traditional medicine names. One sample reading described "a dynamic tension between excessive internal Heat, Dampness accumulation, and the depletion of vital fluids", drawn from a pulse that was Choppy, Slippery and Full Rapid; another named a Humid-Cold-Dry pattern with a "Deep and Slow pulse".

Below the trace sits the "Five Elements" card, "How the five elements show in your pulse": five glowing bars for Wind, Heat, Humidity, Dryness and Cold, which the five elements article explains.

Tongue reading

In a tongue session this part of the Overview shows the tongue photo, the written reading, a five-zone map of the findings and a "Pattern contribution" chart; why practitioners look at your tongue walks through it.

Your main patterns

Headed "What your reading points to", this is the heart of the report: three findings ranked Main focus, Secondary and Tertiary. Each names the organ (Liver, Spleen, Kidney and so on) with a chip for its element and one for its Yin or Yang side, a short description with "Read more", and a level chip of Healthy, Mild, Moderate or High. A sample read "Spleen and kidneys both depend on each other", then described how a weak Kidney Yang leaves the digestive fire short of warmth. Yin, Yang and the 12 meridians explains how to read a finding.

Since your last visit

For a returning member, "Compared with" the previous reading's date, a summary line and one track per pattern with a trend chip: Eased, Same level, Increased, New or Cleared. On a first reading the card says: "This is your first reading. Your next visit will show how these patterns change."

The Mind tab

The Mind tab opens with "Thought pattern": a title, an illustration and a short description written in gentle terms. One sample described a member who "may feel mentally sluggish, indecisive, and easily overwhelmed"; another described a restless, impulsive mood under the heading Impatience. Below it, "Try this", "Small steps for your mind and routine", lists lifestyle suggestions with an icon for each. Thought patterns in the pulse goes deeper.

The Food tab

"Food metabolism", captioned "How your body is handling each food group", shows Carbs, Protein and Fat, each as a gauge from Low through Balanced to High when a level is sent, or as a short paragraph such as a sample's "sluggish fat digestion due to Liver Qi stagnation".

"Your food guide" is the most practical part of the report. Under "Based on your main pattern" it offers an Eat and an Avoid view, each grouped by category: Grains & Millets, Pulses, Nuts and seeds, Oils, Dairy, Vegetables, Meats, Fruits, Spices, Drinks and Sweets. Every food is a chip tagged Warming, Neutral or Cooling, and tapping a chip shows a note on why it is there. A separate "Drinks" card splits into Recommended and Limit, and "Dietary suggestions" closes the tab with short notes such as "Eating cooked foods instead of raw or cold meals supports the Spleen and Stomach Qi". Foods that increase Vata, Pitta and Kapha sets the guide beside Nadiswara's teaching lists.

The Therapies tab

"Your PDFs" holds the Wellness Report PDF with a live status pill ("Preparing…", "Ready", "Not ready yet" or "You're offline") and two buttons: "View report" and "Healer suggestion". The second is for the practitioner: a sheet that says "Write your suggestions for this report, one point in each box." Up to twenty points can be added, and once saved they are appended to the PDF on Nadiswara's servers, so the member's document carries the healer's own notes, separate from the "Add comment" and "Add suggestion" notes on a visit in the member's history.

Under it, "Therapy reports" lists the add-ons for this session, from acupressure to colour therapy, with the wallet balance beside them. Each row unlocks from the wallet once the Wellness PDF is ready, and opens on its own pages inside that PDF. The sticky bar, "WhatsApp", "Share PDF" and "Save to phone", always sends one merged PDF, the wellness report with every therapy report unlocked; there is nothing separate to buy. Drugless therapies Nadiswara can suggest describes each add-on.

What became of the nine PDF sections

The app's About screen still lists the PDF by its older section names, from Pulse Explanation to Quick Dietary & Lifestyle Corrections. On the report screen the pulse explanation became the pulse recording, the five elements became their own card, the organ pattern became "Your main patterns" with levels, the thought pattern moved to the Mind tab, food metabolism to the Food tab and the corrections to "Try this" and "Dietary suggestions". Three of the older sections, Tridosha Analysis, Nature Correlation and the AI insights, are not shown on the app's report screen; what you see in the app is what this article describes.

Each report comes in one language, English and Kannada, chosen in settings before the session; the app's own screens come in English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
