What this pattern means
Fire governs the Heart and Small Intestine, with the Pericardium and Triple Warmer in the same family. Its climate is Heat, its emotion is love and joy, and the Nadiswara element card links it to the circulatory system.
In traditional medicine the Heart does two things: it moves the Blood, and it houses the mind. Blood here is a Yin quality, the nourishing substance that gives the mind somewhere to rest. When Heart Blood is deficient, the mind has less to settle into. Sleep becomes light, thoughts race, and the heartbeat makes itself felt.
The pattern is written Heat-Humidity. Heat is the Heart's own climate, less contained when the cooling Blood runs low. Humidity enters because the Spleen, the Earth organ, is traditionally what makes Blood; when the Spleen is heavy and damp, less Blood reaches the Heart.
Signs traditionally associated with this pattern include disturbed sleep, anxiety, restlessness and palpitations.
How it shows in a Nadiswara report
- Your main patterns. The app may show Heart as the Main focus with the chips "Fire element" and "Yin" and a level chip of Mild, Moderate or High.
- Five elements. On a pulse session's "Five Elements" card, Heat may stand out with Humidity second. The pulse explanation may describe a Choppy quality, "rough and irregular", which a sample report associated with Blood deficiency, with a fast or thin pulse alongside it, and may trace the deficiency back to Earth, which makes Blood, or forward to Water, which should cool the Fire.
- Wellness at a glance and body balance. Sleep and Emotional balance may sit under "Needs support", and the circulation slider may sit away from the middle.
- Mind and Food tabs. The thought pattern may describe a restless, impatient mood, as a sample did under the heading Impatience; the food guide may favour Cooling and Neutral foods that nourish Blood, with heating, drying foods under "Avoid".

Diet and lifestyle
The corrections for a Heart Blood pattern nourish and settle. From the sample reports and the app's own wellness tips, a practitioner may consider:
- "Regular sleep and wake times help keep your energy steady."
- "A few slow, deep breaths can help settle a busy mind."
- "Meditation, pranayama, and moonlight walks."
- Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol and cold drinks, which appear on the deck's lists of foods that increase Vata and Pitta.
- Prefer nourishing, cooked food at regular times; avoid fasting and large, late meals.
- Pranayama such as Anulom Vilom, which the report lists among its lifestyle corrections.
